Do you need a new way to look at life? A new way to experience youself fully in each moment? Here at Rise Yoga Studio we are dedicated to promoting health and wellness in each student we serve. Our yoga teachings focus on healing your body, mind and spirit, to uncover your true nature.

Our studio is a peaceful and tranquil Sacramento Yoga Studio located in the Greenhaven Pocket area. We provide a beautiful  safe space where you can heal yourself, explore yoga, move and breathe with confidence. 

Visit our NEW STUDENTS page for some great ways to get started with Yoga Sacramento. Rise Yoga offers daily YOGA CLASSES, PILATES CLASSES, MASSAGE THERAPY, special events and workshops. For students with unique needs, Ann DaPrato, RYT-500 specializes in YOGA THERAPY.
