Jessie DeHaven Jessie has been teaching fitness classes since the days of high-impact cardio dance. Through the years as a personal trainer, Jessie has taught various formats of fitness classes, including step, spinning, kickboxing, muscle conditioning, aqua, and dance classes. After an injury, Jessie began practicing Pilates to increase flexibility and promote muscle balance and core strength. After completing college and struggling through law school, Jessie realized that the most positive aspect of her life was teaching. Jessie enjoys connecting with her students and watching them challenge themselves to meet their fitness and wellness goals. Currently, Jessie continues to teach group exercise classes, including mat and reformer Pilates to a variety of clients. She is also a presenter and continuing education provider for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Jessie is always grateful to her students for the unique experiences they bring to each class. Her students are her source of inspiration and energy.
