Students attending the workshop will receive a 20% discount on their first class card & boutique items this day only. Workshop will prepare you for any one of our classes and encourage you on your personal journey into the world of Yoga Sacramento! Check our class schedule for days and times.
WELLNESS
Yoga Wellness Session $90
Learn to relax, breath and meditate in our Sacramento Yoga Studio with this 75 minute yoga session designed to reflect the uniqueness of your body. Classic Hatha yoga postures, pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation will release tension and restore wellness. If desired, a home based yoga practice can be personally designed so you can enjoy tranquility anytime.
